We are a company based in Auckland, we have been selling and repairing mobile phones for over 13 years! We have senior technicians in-store as well as technical support staff 7 days a week.

It means the phone was once upon a time owned by someone else somewhere in the world! We then “refurbish” it. Once we receive it, we do a full inspection on the phone, we change the battery or the screen and make sure it is fully functional. Most importantly we provide warranty for ALL our products. “A Grade” means the best quality of refurbishment.

We pay for overnight postage for all our parcels! However, it all fully depends on the courier company if it arrives overnight. As you know, sometimes incidents occur and may take a bit longer.
We are located in Auckland, New Zealand. All our products are stocked locally. If you are located in Auckland, you are VERY welcome to come collect or visit us in-store.

Please contact us STRAIGHT AWAY! We will contact the courier company if it was damaged during the transit or give you instructions on how to deal with it and what to do :)
